Delivery Day will be taking
- 1 ~ 5 Working Days for Klang Valley area.
- 3 ~ 7 Working Days for East Malaysia
- 5 ~ 14 Working Days for West Malaysia
1. Saturday, Sunday and public holiday no shipment.
2. Buyer pay all Shipping Handling fees and not refundable.
3. Some Items we sold. we do checking or testing to make sure all in good condition before deliver to buyer.
4. Combine shipping base on weight and size.
**Please check the parcel in front of the courier guy. Make sure that the seal and packing paper is in good condition before you sign for it. Return to the courier guy if the seal or package is open or broken. We do not accept complaint about items is missing, differ once you received.

In-stock item
- · We ship out in stock item on the NEXT WORKING DAY if payment are received before 7PM. Courier company normally take 1-2 days to delivery to the address. Sabah and Sarawak may take 2-3 days to delivery. (Except Saturday, Sunday Public Holidays)
- · For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 working days.
Out of stock Item
- · Since our products turnover is high, we couldn’t update the exact in stock quantity in item listing. You may contact us before place order to get the latest in stock quantity.
Delivery Charges
- · Delivery charges may vary depending on the product and weight. Some large volume / heavy weight item will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak.
Shipping Time/ Handling

Please make sure your name, shipping address and contact number is correct.
- We ship out the item on the next day if payment cleared before 7pm. All orders will be sent out from Monday to friday. If have anything cause to delay, we will contact you.

- You should receive the item in 1 or 3 days after we shipped out.
- Delivery sometimes delay is out of our control. Delivery could be delayed due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address, public holidays or delivery workload of CityLink or Ta-Q-Bin.
- Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel within 4 working days after shipped. We will not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
