Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that XANTZ VENTURE SDN BHD' may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.bigtools.com.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.bigtools.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

Return and Refund Policy

All items sold in Bigtools is come with “7 days Satisfactory Return Guarantee”.

Requirements for a valid return:

• All return item including packaging, box , plastic and tagging must in new, original, unused and unworn condition. Bigtools.com

  reserve all discrete right to reject this return, if found this return does not meet our requirement.

• Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
• Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
• Include printed Shipping Label and Bigtools Tax Invoice in each return package box
• Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.

Refund of shipment cost:

• If buyer requested 'Return' due to damaged, faulty or wrong product,seller has to bear buyer's return shipping fee.
• If the 'Return' is due to buyer's change of mind, then buyer will bear their own shipping fee to return the product to seller.

XANTZ VENTURE SDN BHD will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
