YOU the LELONG user/buyer Agrees to the Terms and Condition of Binabadan listed below:

1. Pay within 1 hour of order is placed. Orders will be deleted if payment is not made for confirmed order.
2. Payment is by Internet Banking or NetPay only.
3. Delivery of order will and can take place anytime from 1 to 5 Business Days. A tracking will be provided.
4. Delivery days are Monday to Friday EXCEPT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and SPECIFIC HOLIDAYs which you will be notified one month in advance.
5. Order processing time is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
6. You have consulted your doctor before purchasing dietary supplement.
7. No returns allowed EXCEPT damaged product or wrong order shipped by Binabadan.
8. Indemnify Binabadan Enterprise Sdn Bhd in case of any health problems that may arise after using products sold by Binabadan.

Damaged Product/Return/Shortages

1. Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Binabadan via PM or phone: 0178758752 within 24 hours of receipt of order.
2. Consignee/Buyer/receiver of order MUST open the parcel infornt of Courier Service Delivery Person for visual inspection of the merchandise.
3. In case of damged or shortages/wrong order, you are to REFUSE DELIVERY.
4. Binabadan will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
5. Free Gifts are given once and no replacements if they are damaged. They are free gift given to you for free at Binabadan/s discretion. It is a privilege and not a consumer right.
