• Talk to us if you have not receive the item within the agreeable time or the product is not received in good conditions. We would like to settle the issues amicably.
• Please note that product descriptions and photos may not be accurately represented as the manufacturer reserves the rights to change its product packaging. However, we will constantly update our product description and photos to fairly represent the product.
• Please note that any item exchange/refund return cost will be borne by buyer while a new item return cost will be borne by seller. This is a standard practise for all online buy/sell.

• Seller to send out item and upload tracking number on Lelong.

• Leave feedback for both buyer and seller. Transaction complete.
