Term and condition and warranty policy

1) All goods sold are final and not refundable

2) the oscam/Cccam server OR IPTV SERVICE is not guaranty or refundable once purchase with us and it is possible the service might be terminate in the future, seller are not responsible for buyer lose if this event happen.

3) The main item warranty does not covered water damage, electrcity circuit burn, warranty seal tear off and any damage cause by improper use or handling.

4) Only 1 month warranty covered by the remote control , and no warrany will be given to power cord and hdmi cable.

5) FOR ANDRIOD DEVICE : All andriod device are covered with one month 1 to 1 swap manufacturer warranty and 5 month manufacturer warranty total 6 month . buyer may add rm50 for the item to become 6 month 1 to 1 manufacture defect warranty.
