We thank you sincerely appreciate for your support purchase with G1Racing Online Kiosk. However, please do read the terms policy of the sale to avoid hassle in future transactions. This is to ensure your purchase with us will be a pleasant one.

  • Auction winners or interested buyers will have to bank-in full amount including shipping charges for the purchased item before shipment can be arranged. Please allow 3-7 working days for products to be delivered via preferred methods of shipping.
  • All transaction(s) should be completed within Seven (7) working days or risk of a negative or non-paying bid feedback.
  • Risk of loss or damage of goods are passed on to buyers as soon as goods are sent to the courier office or loaded on their transport. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods during transit/shipment by the courier company. If your item is insured, we will help you to file a claim with the corresponding courier or insurance company.
  • We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
  • All prices, pictures on this advertisement are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us immediately regarding price or promotion discrepancies before placing an order with us.
  • When you place an order or bid with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated in our online kiosk. Price differences related to future or past prices in our kiosk our related web sites are not refundable.
  • All goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable nor returnable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct model/type for your application before bidding.
  • If goods accepted to exchange , it must retained in ORIGINAL FACTORY CONDITION.
  • G1Racing Online Kiosk does not provide any kind of warranty for all product purchased online (either posted or self collected) unless another stated.
POLICY


  • PRODUCT INFORMATION DETAILS:- We attempt to be as accurate as possible to ensure you, the customer, have as accurate and fair product as possible including the advertised product pictures. However, if you feel the product de and #115;cr and #105;ption is inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, and flawed, your sole remedy is to not purchase the product in question and contact us via email for remediation.
  • USER PRIVACY:- If you supply us with your information online, we will only use it to contact you regarding sales, marketing and/or business information you have requested. We will not share your information with other organizations.
  • I will only disclose your information to companies and individuals that I hire to perform functions on my behalf. An example of this would be Pos Laju, SkyNet or FedEx for shipping or delivery purposes.
  • DISCLAIMERS:- In no situation we will be beared responsible for any personal injury or any losses due to improper installation, mishandling, natural disasters or in any event(s) which is beyond our control.
  • All products warranty (if any) are from manufacturer/distributor warranty and will not be our personal warranty unless stated or agreed upon in advance.
  • RETURN POLICY:- In the event we sent the wrong item(s) to you, I will replace with the correct item upon returning my wrong item(s). The wrong item must be shipped back unused with it and #39;s original contents boxes. We will then ship you the correct item and We will pay you RM10 for shipping reimbursement. Cash refund will be made if we cannot supply you the correct stocks in a pre-agreed time frame. Refunds are made through maybank online transfer only, for intergiro (any other malaysian bank) a banking charge of RM2 is imposed at your cost.
  • IN A WARRANTY CLAIM:- Customer(s) will have to send us the faulty item(s) including handling shipping cost in advance before we can ship back the repaired or replaced goods. For D.O.A stocks, money will be refunded if we do not have replacement stock for the item purchased. (shipping handling charges are not refundable) D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) must be informed via e-mail (khaw@gnommory.com /loon@gnommory.com) or sms (016-2010608 / 016-3351655) within 3 days upon receiving the products.
  • We will ensure your products are packed to minimize damage during transit and free from physical damage before shipping, if you should receive a bashed up box or tempered packing, please check the content before signing the consignment note. G1 Racing will not be held responsible to any loss/damaged items which is beyond our control.
