1. Payment shall be made within 48 hours from date of order. If we did not received the payment in 48 hours ur order will be cancel.
2. Seller will not be responsible for any damage or lost during delivery by post service. ( GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR ).
3. Buyer must provide address in details. Any successful traced shipment but failed in reaching buyers will not be entertained.
4. Buyer bears all the transportation costs.
5. Combine shipment is allowed, additional charges may applied.
6. Dispute, If any, shall be settled by friendly negotiation between two parties.
7. All the goods will be check and packed nicely before sent out. Goods sold are not refundable/returnable/exchange , any question which should inform us within 3 days after received it. Any failure to do so will not be entertained. No warranty or return for Tempered or Normal Screen Protector.
8. Please capture us a picture of the goods with full packing and Whatsapp send to 01115212229 or email : georgeyew@hotmail.com which is not functioning/defect goods. Customer will need to bear the postage fees sent back to us.
9. Our Product mostly are from 3rd party factory made, maybe with same defect , but does not affect the use, if you are picky, you need to perfect, please make another optimistic. (end of thread, white edge etc...)
10. All the image shown is indicative only. If there is inconsistency between the image and the actual product, the actual product shall govern.

3 days return or exchange for defect problem policy
All the goods will be check and packed nicely before sent out. Goods sold are not refundable/returnable/exchange Any question which should inform us within 3 days after received it. Any failure to do so will not be entertained. (except: Tempered or Normal Screen Protector, Postage Fee and Any Processing Fee).

Once we receive your request for return or exchange for defect problem, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong model/item to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you.
