• All Product Purchased are NOT exchangeable for cash and/or other goods and services except stated on the Product description.
• All Product Purchased will be send thru POS or SkyNet with-in MALAYSIA. For those would like to self-collect, kindly contact us for arrangement.
• We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage handle by courier services, all the products shipped will providing Tracking No.
• For those NON-paying Buyer / Bidder, after sending 3 reminders thru Lelong website, will be report to Lelong management.
• For Bidding/Auction items, payment must be made with 3 working days after closing of bidding/auction.

Some of the Products we sell are providing with Warranty against Manufacturer defect.

Return of products are accepted subject to: -

• Return as original packaging without any damage,
• Customers are quired to bear all the shipping cost,
• Payment thru Credit Card / Paypal will be charge accordingly
• There will be an admin fee charge of 3%, or a minimum charge of RM2, for all refunds requested/made.
