2. All goods are ship by our appointed courier company such as Poslaju , Skynet , Citylink or Taqbin and will take 1 - 2 working days to arrive your place .

3. All shipping within Malaysia only .

4. No COD currently .

5. We have physical retail location for self collect but by appointment only . Address as below :-

Business Hour : 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

12.00 noon - 2.00pm (Lunch Hour)

** No collection during lunch hour and after business hour .

6. Price is not negotiable unless in bulk order .

7. Combine shipping is allow . Please PM / Email me to get the special rate .

Warranty Return Policy :-

1. Defective item must be noticed within 7 days after delivery ( buyer bear the return shipping cost )

2. We will bare the return shipping cost to buyer for replacement item .

3. All shipping fees are not refundable .

Important Notice For Buyer Pay VIA Netpay :-

If you pay using internet banking ( Maybank2U , CIMBClicks , HLBB ) or credit card via NETPAY , will not be fully refund because NETPAY is charged seller at 2 - 3.5%

Transaction Fee Charges :-

Internet Banking : 2.0% Credit Card : 3.5%

Example :-

You have paid RM 100 VIA Internet Banking . RM 100 - 2% = RM 98 will be refund only .

You have paid RM 100 VIA Credit Card . RM 100 - 3.5% = RM 96.50 will be refund only .
