We will try to deliver the goods on the date agreed with you. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and we will agree an alternative date with you or you may, if you wish to cancel ; order and we will fully reimburse you.
We will deliver to the address agreed with you at the time you place your order. You must be available to accept personal delivery and sign acknowledgement of delivery. If the package appears damaged when it is delivered to you we advise you not to accept delivery. We do not reponsible to any losts and damages during shipping process. Our reponsible is to ship out the products in good conditions to our customer, and provide the tracking ID on time.
We strongly recommend that upon receipt, you inspect your product. In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong product to you or the product or other goods are defective or damaged, please inform us as soon as possible.
We will not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control. If you delay a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date we agreed to deliver it.
If we are unable to provide you with the product you have ordered for reasons beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting a substitute product (if available) or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.
If BUYER wish to claim for the warranty, BUYER have to bear the shipping fees to post back to us, and we will bear the shipping fees send back to u. Only apply for limited items which have warranty. T&C Apply.
For the promotion item, we will giving out FREE GIFT such as Tempered Glass, iRing, Earphone and Bag (While Stocks Last). Promotion may be amended without prior notice. While stock last. Photo and video used are for illustration purpose only. Other Terms and Conditions apply.

POLICY
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Mdex Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or any damaged during shipping or return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their product's refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
If ordered wrong item, you have to bear two ways postage fees.
Please capture picture/video to us if the goods is not functioning. Customer (buyer) will need to bear the postage fees return to us and we (seller) will bear the postage for replacement item.
Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect/damage and we are not warranty for the situation below:
