Return Policy - We provide a 5-days return policy.

Goods must be returned in complete set and good condition including the instruction manuals and box.

Buyer must inform Seller prior to return of goods via email at mountekmalaysia@gmail.com with details of the defect(s) and details of the Lelong purchase ie. order no., date, and name. Seller will revert with Return Instructions/acknowledgement.

Please note that Buyer will bear any courier cost for return of goods to the Seller, and Seller will bear any courier cost for sending replacement/exchange of goods to the Buyer.

Warranty - We provide 6-months Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects.
