EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY

 
No cash refund or cancellation policy unless item out of stock.
 
As we check all our products carefully before shipping them to you, you should receive them in excellent condition. However, please contact us if the item sent to you is incorrect .
 
Buyers can request for exchange if we delivered wrong item, wrong pattern or wrong color to the customer

E-mail the following details to chaiyit@gmail.com within 72 hours of received the product and provide the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Exchange reason and photos
*pasara cy will not bear any Shipping Fee in case of rexchange. But however different action might take for special case.
 
*Products must be return in original condition, with all tags attached, original undamaged box and/or packaging, and gift (if got). Any of these missing, the return request maybe rejected or not be entertained.
 
*Buyer need to post back in 2-3 days after we agree or approve your request. Pls do not post back without inform us before or without our permission. We have the right to refuse to receive it.
 
*Please be noted that the following products are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons:
a) Toiletries
b) Lingerie / inner wear / bra or panties
c) Swimwear
d) Bedding (Bedsheets, pillow, bolster, quilt, comforter)
e) Linen (Pillowcases, bolster cases)
f) Towels (face, hand, bath)
g) Opened Mattresses
h) All socks, handkerchiefs and hosiery
i) Food and so on
 

We do not prefer to entertain exchange/replace/credit because of the following:

  1. Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate. Between, it maybe sligthly different color due to different batch production.
  2. The apparel doesn’t look as good as what the customer thought. Customer must check out the detailed photos, measurements and description before making an order.
  3. The customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
  4. The defect caused by customer’s careless handling after the delivery (for example, jammed zip fastener due to rough handling).
  5. Transparent slightly or bad odor. Size measurement differs slightly , maybe about 1-5cm only
