Delivery

1. Postage fee is charged for every order inclusive of packaging, wrapping and handling charges.

2. Postage rate is not guaranteed and may vary depending on quantity and weight of the product.

3. Additional charges will be incurred for purchases made outside Peninsular Malaysia.

4. Free postage is only available for certain products or during promotion periods.

Delivery Schedule:

1. Shipping will be done during working days only.

2. Payment made after 3pm will be shipped on the next day unless a valid reason is specified.

3. Customers will normally receive their parcel within 1 working day, except on weekends or public holidays.

4. Customers who live in remote areas of West Malaysia and East Malaysia may take a longer period before receiving their parcels.

5. Parcels may take a longer time in order to reach their destination during peak hours

Tracking:

1. Customers can track their parcel on the official website of the courier using the tracking number provided.

2. Tracking number will be issued once the parcel is shipped out.

What are the customers supposed to do when the products arrive?

1. Customers are to check the parcel before signing and receiving it.

2. If the item is broken or faulty, please do not accept it and contact us.

3. We are not responsible if the product is lost once you have signed the parcel.
