7 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy

All our products come with 7 days money back guarantee.You may return back any products you purchase from us within 7 days of delivery (start from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel) If the products:

1. Damage - Complete set of products including free gifts,accessories and original packaging must be return to us.Original tags and labels must be attached to the products.
2. Defective - No any damage to the products.Complete set of products including free gifts,accessories and original packaging must be return to us.Original tags and labels must be attached to the products.
3. Not as Advertised / Wrong Products - Must be in new condition and no damage to the products.Complete set of products including free gifts,accessories and original packaging must be return to us.Original tags and labels must be attached to the products.

How to return the product?

When there is any product that you wish to return due to the above mentioned problems,please email us the following detail to snapid_malaysia@yahoo.com :

1. Product order code.
2. Any proof of payment (Online banking slip/bank in slip)
3. The reason why you want to return the products (Damage/Defective/Not as advertised/Wrong products).
4. Any photo to support (not compulsary)

We will verify and reply your email within 1 working day and then you can return back the product to us for exchange or money back.If you choose for exchange we will exchange the same product to you and if you choose for money back,we will give you credit for the amount of exchange where you can use the credit to purchase any products from our store.The cost of returning the products,delivery of new products and RM2 handling charges must be paid by the buyer.We reserve the right for the final decision making.
