Used Product Policies
1) An item that has been used previously.
2) The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear
3) colour pattern might slightly different with the picture.
4) Condition performance of item may not 100% function as good as it new condition.
Delivery and return Policies
1) Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2) Shipments that are refused without authorization or that are returned due to an invalid address,
are subject to a 15% Return Fee plus applicable handling fees.
3) Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify PC WORKS CENTER within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged.
4) Determining compatibility with your existing parts, hardware, and/or software is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5) Please do not purchase an item if you do not understand the item offered or do not have the technical knowledge to use or install the item.
6) Return of non-defective product will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed and unused.
7) All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging, manuals, documentation, and all bundled accessories.
8) One month Warranty period will be given for used item(Post fees buyer pay).
PC WORKS CENTER does not cover the following conditions under our warranty:
a)Buyers inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased
b)Inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software application
c)Accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation,physical damage,transport damage, altered serial number,
connection to non compatible hardware and the like.
PC WORKS CENTER reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
