While we are doing everything possible at our end to ensure the items sent out are in good and working condition, however in some rare cases where "accidence" really unexpectedly happen (it happens for electronics items due to the product nature), i.e. if ever the items need to be service, checked, repaired or replaced, buyers are to bear the return postage for sending the item to and from our office.
