Shipping Policy:
 

 

Delivery will be arranged after full payment received. We choose express courier that provides tracking information so you will receive your item safe.
 
After payment confirmed, item will be delivered in 4-7 working days.
 
Undeliverable orders:
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original delivery fee, handling fee and 20% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our web site.
 
Parcel Loss, Damage and/or parcel not receive:
We do not responsible for any losses of parcel once the parcel pass to the delivery company for delivery. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and check contents before acknowledge receipt. In case any losses parcel happen or parcel not receive, we will provide the consignment bill copy as a proof of delivery, and you may proceed to claim the losses with the related delivery company. If item is received damage, please notify us within 24hours after item received and return the damaged item back to us within 7 days.

Warranty:

  • All items usually comes with 90days warranty from manufacturer unless otherwise notified.
  • Warranty will only cover for defective not due to normal wear and tear of regular usage (manufacturing defect only).

Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a refund (there is a 20% restocking fee) or replacement item(s).

You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

Reasons Description
Damaged The product is damaged in delivery
Defective The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong item Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong color)
Website error The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)
 
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
1) Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) Your item must be in the original packaging.
3) All sealed items must not be opened.
 
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning.
 
Non-returnable items:
We are sorry, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic packing).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any free gift product and samples.

Refund Policy:

 
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We will refund the total value of products minus 20% restocking fees. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account within 30 days from the date of receving item.
