We have 14days 1 to 1 exchange policy as long as you return undamage product with it's original packaging, including any accessiories, gift, manual and any documentation to our customer services center.
12month warranty carry in warranty for new item and 3month carry in warranty for used item. As long as you keep the purchase receipt and online order number, our guarantees cover normal usage within the period but not limit to burn, corrosion by corrosive, rinse in water, rush by expose in moisture, broken plastic parts, physical damage and battery are not covered by warranty.
