    Q: How do I know if I am eligible to participate in this promotion?

    A: The promotion is open to all Malaysians and Permanent Residents of at least 18 years old as of 1st January 2018 and having a valid identification document (example: identity card or passport)

    Q: How do I take part in this Shop & Win?

    A: Simply spend a minimum of RM60 (exclude shipping fee) from Lelong.my/ Lmall.my, via desktop or Lelong.my mobile App. Every checkout via desktop will earn one (1) entry while two (2) entry will be earn with every checkout via Lelong.my mobile App. Or you can refer to our Shop & Win page.

    Q: When does the Shop & Win contest end?

    A: The contest end on the 16 September 2018.

    Q: What is the qualifying criteria?

    A: A minimum spend of RM60 (exclude shipping fee) from Lelong.my/ Lmall.my via desktop or Lelong.my mobile app. All transactions must be paid through Netpay to be eligible for this lucky draw.

    Q: If I shop not within the said period, will I still qualify for the prizes?

    A: No. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

    Q: I used voucher(s) for my purchase. Am I still eligible for the draw?

    A: Yes, as long as the total spend is a minimum of RM60 (exclude shipping fee) & payment made via Netpay.

    Q: What should I do next after I have made payment?

    A: Organiser shall contact you after the promotion period, if you were the selected winners.

    Q: How is the draw conducted?

    A: Organiser shall make random draws from pool of Eligible Entries within twelve (12) weeks after Promotion Period ends to select the winners ("Selected Winners").

    Q: How will I know if I am the winner of the Prizes?

    A: Organiser shall notify Winners by contacting them via phone calls after the promotion period ended.

    Q: Am I the winner if you have called me?

    A: Participants will not be declared winners unless he/she answer the question correctly

    Q: What kind of question should I expect when I receive a call from you?

    A: The Selected Winners will be contacted by Organiser to answer questions in relation to the Promotion. Selected Winners who answer the question correctly will be declared as winners and win the Prizes ("Winners").

    Q: I was unable to return your call; do I still qualify as the winner?

    A: If a participant cannot be contacted or does not answer the questions correctly, the Prize will be allocated to the next Selected Winners as per terms & conditions of the Promotion.

    Q: How do I redeem the Prize?

    A: Prizes must be redeemed by the Winners within one (1) month from the day of announcement is made. In the event of non-acceptance or failure to redeem the Prizes within the required time, the Organiser reserve the right to disqualify the Winner(s) and forfeit the Prize(s). Any expenses, charges and incidental costs relating to the Prizes shall be borne by the Winners.

    Q: Can I submit multiple entries?

    A: Yes. You will have higher chances of winning one of the prizes when you frequently purchase within the campaign period.

    ORGANISER

  1. The Promotion is organised by INTERBASE RESOURCES SDN BHD (Company No.465435-U) (hereinafter referred to as "Organiser" ).
  2. By participating in the Promotion, Participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Data Protection & Privacy Notice as detailed below, and all amendments, additions, replacements deletions and modifications hereto ("Terms and Conditions") as may be made from time to time by the Organiser and shall be bound by them and abide by the decision of the Organiser.
  3. The Organiser shall organised the Lucky Draw programs for the purpose of the said Promotion: A lucky draw program open to Organiser’s customers who make their online purchase via Lelong.my & Lmall.my ("Organiser's Platform") starting on 13th August 2018 until 16th September 2018 ("Promotion Period").

    4. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  4. The Promotion is offered to Organiser’s customers who make their online purchase via Organiser’s platform during the Promotion Period ("Participant"). Only Participant who are eighteen (18) years old and above, and having a valid identification document (example: identity card or passport) are eligible to participate for the Promotion.
  5. Participants shall comply with the Entry Eligibility requirements in order to be an "Eligible Participant".
  6. Directors, officers and employees as well as their parents, spouse, sibling and children of the Organiser are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

    7. QUALIFYING CRITERIA

  7. Eligible Participant are required to make a successful payment of their online purchase via Organiser's platform (in a single transaction) with a minimum purchase of RM30 via Lelong.my App and RM60 desktop and mobile web ("Eligible Value") during the Promotion Period.
  8. Eligible Value is the total paid amount after deducting shipping fee.
  9. All transactions must be paid through Netpay to be eligible for this Promotion.
  10. Eligible Participants that perform the online purchase and comply with the Eligibility and Qualifying Criteria mentioned herein shall be considered as one (1) eligible entry ("Eligible Entry"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

    11. CAMPAIGN MECHANIC

  11. Every Ringgit Malaysia Sixty (RM60.00) Eligible Value made through Desktop & Mobile Web ("Web Purchase") in a single order would entitle the Eligible Participants to one (1) entry to stand a chance to win the Prizes.
  12. Every Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM30.00) Eligible Value made through Organiser's App ("App Purchase") in a single order would entitle the Eligible Participants to one (1) entry to stand a chance to win the Prizes.

    13. PROCESS FOR PRIZE REDEMPTION

  13. Organiser shall make random draws from pool of Eligible Entries within twelve (12) weeks after Promotion Period ends to select the winners ("Selected Winners").
  14. The Selected Winners will be contacted by Organiser to answer questions in relation to the Promotion. Selected Winners who answer the question correctly will be declared as winners and win the Prizes ("Winners").
  15. In the event that the Selected Winners cannot be contacted or does not answer the questions correctly, the Prize will be allocated to the next Selected Winners as per the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  16. Each Winner can only win one (1) prize within the Promotion Period, irrespective of the number of Eligible Entries received from each of Selected Winners.
  17. Organiser shall notify Winners by contacting them via telephone or email, on the next business day.
  18. Any expenses, charges and incidental costs relating to the Prizes shall be borne by the Winners.
  19. Prizes must be redeemed by the Winners within one (1) month from the day of announcement is made. In the event of non-acceptance or failure to redeem the Prizes within the required time, the Organiser reserve the right to disqualify the Winner(s) and forfeit the Prize(s).
  20. All unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited and any enquiries thereafter will not be entertained. No refund will be given for any unclaimed Prizes.

    22. GRAND PRIZE

  22. Grand prize will only be available on April 2019 for collection, should the grand prize arrive earlier, the Organizer will make arrangements for early collection. Should there be any delay in collection, the Organizer will advise the Winner accordingly.

    23. GENERAL PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  23. Unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions herein, no substitution or replacement of, or modification to the Prizes requested by Participant will be permitted.
  24. Exchange of Prizes for cash are not allowed.
  25. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize offered in this Promotion with a similar valued price The Prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
  26. The Prizes are provided on an "As Is" basis.
  27. The images of the Prizes shown in any marketing, promotional and advertising materials are for visual and illustration purposes only and the actual Prize received may vary.

    28. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  28. The Organiser shall be entitled to amend, vary, delete or add to any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time without giving prior notice. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a result of the above.
  29. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organiser offer no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Promotion, the Prizes including, but without limitation, the merchantable quality and fitness for purposes in respect of the Prizes.
  30. The Organiser shall not be liable and responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature howsoever arising or suffered by any Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion.
  31. By Participating in the Promotion, Eligible Participants give their consent to and authorize the Organiser to collect, use, process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC) and other particulars ("Personal Data") for the purpose of running the Promotion, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of Eligible Participant at the Organiser’s website for advertising and publicity purposes.
  32. All decisions made in relation to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding.
  33. The Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia.
