IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms and Conditions
Under the IRSB Refer a Friend Program, users of Lelong.com.my and lmall.my who registered (the “Referrer”) are invited to earn Referral Vouchers by inviting Referees (as described below) to register and make purchase on lelong.com.my and lmall.my. The following IRSB Refer a Friend Program Terms apply to the Referrers and Referees (together referred to as the “Participants”) participating in the IRSB Be Brilliant Program between June 12, 2018 and August 11, 2018.
IRSB may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms at any time and for any reason. A Referral Vouchers already earned in accordance with the IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms before such change, suspension or termination, will be honored.
Information About the Referee:
By participating in the IRSB Be Brilliant Program, the Referee acknowledges that IRSB may at its sole discretion, share the Referee’s first name and status of the order in the Referrers user account setting to inform the Referrer about the status of the earned Referral Vouchers. IRSB will not share the order details.
1. Eligibility
Participants, meaning Referrer and Referee, must be 18 years of age and older. Referrers and Referees must at all times be different people.
2. Referral Discount
A Referral Discount RM10 can be earned and used as follows
●A person, receiving the link (the “Referee”), creates an account by clicking on the Referral Link and complete a 1st. purchase on the Lelong.com.my and Lmall.my websites
●Minimum purchase of RM50 required
●Discount is only valid via payment through Netpay
●Applicable for total order amount (exclude shipping fee)
●Only applicable for one single checkout
●Discount is not exchangeable for cash and
●Discount is valid up to August 11, 2018 11.59pm Malaysian time and no extension of date will be given.
●Discount is not transferable
●Discount will not be reissued for cancelled order
●Not applicable for groupme and Star deals
The Referral Discount will be applied on purchases made by the Referee under the terms above mentioned and before August 11, 2018 11.59pm Malaysian time.
Each Referee may only make use of a Referral Link once, also if the Referee received or had access to separate Referral Links from different Referrers.
No more than 10,000 RM10 Referral discounts will be given away during the IRSB Refer a Friend Program, the equivalent of RM100,000
3. Referral Voucher
A Referral Voucher RM10 can be earned and used as follows
●The Referrer shares the referral link as provided on the Lelong.com.my and Lmall.my website (the “Referral Link”). The Referrer is not entitled to use the Referral Link in or for paid promotions, including online advertising;
●A person, receiving the link (the “Referee”), creates an account by clicking on the Referral Link and complete a purchase on the Lelong.com.my and Lmall.my websites
●The order completion of the Referee as part of the Eligible Order is confirmed by the confirmed order delivery to IRSB;
●An order is considered an “Eligible Order” when it has been the first order of the referee with a minimum of RM50, after he created an account by clicking on the Referral Link, and the total costs of the order as made through NetPay on Lelong.com.my or Lmall.my. IRSB will only recognize one Eligible Order per Referee to count for a Referral Voucher.
●The Referrer may only earn the Referrer’s Referral Voucher maximum 10,000 times in total.
●Referral Vouchers could be cash out separately or together
●Each Referral Voucher edited will have a minimum purchase of RM40 more than its facing value. For RM10, the minimum purchase will be RM50, for RM100, the minimum purchase will be RM140, and so forth
●Voucher is only applicable for user with a verified mobile phone number
●Discount is only valid via payment through Netpay
●Applicable for total order amount (exclude shipping fee)
●Only applicable for one single checkout
●Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and
●Voucher is valid up to September 11, 2018 11.59pm and no extension of date will be given
●Voucher is not transferable
●Voucher will not be reissued for cancelled order
●Not applicable for groupme and Star deals
The IRSB Be Brilliant Program can only be used for personal,
IRSB will, if it has determined in its sole discretion, that Referrer and Referee have complied with and fulfilled the IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms, confirm that the Referrer and the Referee have earned the voucher (the “Referral Voucher”) as described in the invitation to participate in the IRSB Be Brilliant Program. The Participants will automatically receive the Referral Voucher as a voucher saved in their user account.
A Referral Voucher not redeemed before September 11, 2018 will automatically expire. The Referral Voucher cannot be transferred, exchanged for any cash or money, or sold.
The calculation of the Referral Voucher is an automatic procedure based on the use of the Referral Links and the creation of Eligible Orders through Lelong.com.my or Lmall.my. IRSB
retains the right to, at its sole discretion, review the compliance with the IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms.
No more than 10,000 RM10 Referral vouchers will be given away during the IRSB Refer a Friend Program, the equivalent of RM100,000
4. Referral Championship,
From June 12, 2018, Referrer participating by referring relatives will automatically join the Referral Championship. Each Referee completing an “Eligible Order” will entitle one point to his Referrer.
Referrers will be ranked based on the number of point accumulated between June 12, 2018 and August 11, 2018 11.59pm Malaysian time.
The Eligible order time will be taken into account to differentiate Referrers gathering the same number of points, with the earliest order entitling a better ranking.

The ranking of Referrers will be available anytime on Lelong,com.my and Lmall.my.
The final ranking will be set in stone on August 11, 2018 11.59pm
Winners will be informed by email and/or phone, and, without further notice, prizes will be shipped within 7 working days to their default address register on their personal account.
Vouchers will be saved in the designed winners' user account, and could be used under the following terms:
●Minimum purchase of RM140 for RM100 voucher, and RM90 for RM50 voucher
●Voucher is only applicable for user with a verified mobile phone number
●Voucher is only valid via payment through Netpay.
●Voucher is only valid for 30days after the end of the game, September 11, 2018, 11:59pm
●Applicable for total order amount (exclude shipping fee).
●Only applicable for one single checkout
●Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and
●Voucher is valid up to the stipulated expiry date and no extension of date will be given.
●Voucher is not transferable
●Voucher will not be reissued for cancelled order.

5.Displaying Referral Links
The Referrer will not share or publish the Referral Links where there is no reasonable basis for believing that recipients are genuine buyers, and appreciate the invitation stated through the Referral Link, and not in violation of applicable

By sharing the Referral Link, creating an Eligible Order, and in order to be eligible for the Referral Voucher, each Participant agrees to and accepts the following
or benefit of any kind that would or could be construed as bribery or an illegal or corrupt practice, and (ii) comply with all applicable laws governing
7. Miscellaneous
IRSB retains the right to investigate participation in the IRSB Be Brilliant Program for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may include that IRSB can at its own discretion cancel an Eligible Order. Referral Vouchers earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these IRSB Be Brilliant Program terms will be null and void and repayment may be requested by IRSB.
IRSB may suspend, terminate, or change the terms and requirements of the IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms at any time and for any reason.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, unenforceable, or
To the extent permitted by law, these IRSB Be Brilliant Program Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be exclusively submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

During special bonus time, from 20th July to 2nd Aug 2018, a Referral Discount RM30 can be earned and used as follow

●Discount is valid up to August 7, 11.59pm Malaysian time and no extension of date will be given
●Discount is not transferable
●Discount will not reissued for cancelled order
●Not applicable for Groupme, Star Deals and product from House Of Discount
●Total number of Referral Discount RM30 for this special bonus time is 3,000 units.
●When these 3000 units are fully downloaded by new users, the Referral Discount will resume back at RM10.
