iPayment, is a payment service from Lelong.com.my that facilitates receiving and sending of payment for our members. This is a paid service for frequent sellers in lelong.com.my and any other international auction websites. We enable our the seller (our member) with iPayment facility to accept credit card payments online without having to open up a credit card merchant account with a bank.

How does iPayment work ?

Once you have signed up for iPayment, you can receive credit card payment online. For each of the payment you receive, you need to need to do your own verification before making your delivery. Once you are satisfied with the authenticity of the buyer, you have to authorize us to proceed to accept the credit card payment. The money is credited to your account within the next working day. We will pay you on 15th and 30th of the month. Lelong.com.my is accepting the credit card payment based on your instruction. You are responsible for all future charge back relating to your transaction.

Who can use iPayment ?

This service is not offered to all members. Only members who met certain criteria are considered for this service.

To qualify for this service, your must meet at least the following conditions:

1. Must be a verified member.
2. Must be above 21 years old.
3. Must be a lelong member for at least 3 months.
4. Must have sold more than 100 items.
5. Must provide us with a valid credit card.
6. Must come to our office to sign our iPayment agreement.

Who can use iPayment ?

Any member can pay via iPayment as long as :

1. He/She has a valid credit card.
2. He/She is a verified member.
3. He/She is above 21 years old.

Is there a fee to use iPayment ?

iPayment is a paid service. There will be an annual subscription fee plus a small transaction fee. Please email us at support@lelong.com.my for the latest fees.

Why should I use iPayment - For Buyer / Bidder ?

iPayment offers a convenient way for members to pay seller. At the same time, there will be a receipt issued for every ipayment transaction.

iPayment offers a convenient way for seller to receive credit card payments from Lelong members. When the auction has ended you then request the successful bidder to pay online.

iPayment automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours. Our payment gateway uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 40-bits. Your credit card information is never expose to any of our staff. It is not stored in our computers or servers. All credit card payment are routed directly to our payment gateway which sits behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet.
