* Courier company may take 1 to 5 days to deliver the product to your mailing address

Delivery cut off time:

Monday to Friday: 8am

(i) For ready stock: ship out within 1 to 2 working days upon receiving payment

Any payment made BEFORE cut off time: the product will be shipped out on the same day (for working day only).

Any payment made AFTER cut off time: the product will be shipped out on the next working day.

(ii) For pre-order stock: ship out within 9 to 12 days upon receiving payment, subject to availability of stock

Combine Shipping:

We allow combine shipping . It would be adjusted accordingly based on the products purchased (in a single transaction).

Example:-

You buys 3 items using the Shopping Cart:
Item A: Shipping fee RM6
Item B: Shipping fee RM8
Item C: Shipping fee RM10

System will pick up the most expensive Shipping fee, which is RM10 in this case, and add RM3 to each additional items.

In this example, the total shipping fee will be:
RM10 + RM3 + RM3 = RM16

Stock Availability:

In the event of out-of-stock for a specific order, we would contact you for decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
