Return Policy
 
1. You may return most new, unopened item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost (only), excluding the postage which we have incurred to ship to you. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Kindly email us and affix the photo of the defected item(s).
 
 
2. We will refund to you within 3 working days after receive the returned item(s).
 
 
3. If you need to return an item, simply email to mycocojar@yahoo.com. We will notify you via any of the later communication mode mentioned, once we have received your request.
 
 
4. You may return product(s) purchased for the following reasons:
 
1. Product(s) sent by us are not the same as your order;
2. Product(s) sent are found to be defective
* The returned parcel's shipping cost is to be bear by customer.
* The re-delivery parcel's shipping cost is to be bear by our company.
 
 
 
5. We do not accept product(s) returned for the following reasons:
 
1. Product(s) purchased are found to be slightly different in colour from the photographs shown on our store.
2. Defective product(s) caused by the customer’s own rough handling after receipt of the product(s), for example, missing buttons, stuck zippers, tearing, etc.
3. Used product(s) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Customer is advised to check the product and make sure it is in good condition before using.
4. Customer chose the wrong size or is unhappy with the design, style, quality, colour or pattern of the product. We urge you to check the measurement charts for the correct size or design before ordering.
 
 
6. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the courier company that shipped the return.
 
 
7. We reserve the rights not to refund if buyers do not follow our return policy stated above.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BUYER WHO PAID VIA NETPAY:

If you have paid using Internet Banking (maybank2u, cimbclicks, HLB, etc) or Credit Card via NetPay, the total amount paid will not be fully refunded because NetPay has charged seller 2% to 3.5%. You can either change to our other products listed online or request for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Transaction fee charges:

-Internet Banking: 2.0% + 6% GST

-Credit Card: 3.5% + 6% GST

 

Example 1:

You have paid RM100 via Internet Banking.

Fee charged = {(RM100 x 2%) x 1.06} = RM2.12

Refund amount = RM100 - RM2.12 = RM97.88

 

Example 2:

You have paid RM100 via Credit Card.

Fee charged = {(RM100 x 3.5%) x 1.06} = RM3.71

Refund amount = RM100 - RM3.71 = RM96.29
