Shipping Information
We use GDEXpress and LALAMOVE for shipping. Shipping charges depend on the product weight and distance.
Shipping Timeline:
Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of payment receipt.
For Peninsula Malaysia: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
For Sabah and Sarawak: Delivery within 7-9 working days.
Order Processing: To process your order quickly and accurately, please provide your full delivery address, name, contact number, and email address.
Payment and Delivery:
For inter-bank or GIRO payments, delivery will be made once the payment transaction is complete (usually within 2-3 working days).
We will email the courier tracking number upon request.
Important Information:
Contact us if you do not receive your order within 7 working days.
We are not responsible for parcels unclaimed after one month from the shipment date.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during shipping. However, we will provide shipment tracking details for your reference.
