Orders are processed once payment is received. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified on our site. For inter-bank or GIRO payments, orders will be delivered once the payment transaction is complete (usually within 2-3 working days).
We use GDEXpress and LALAMOVE for shipping. Shipping charges depend on the product weight and distance. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of payment receipt. Delivery times:
Peninsula Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Sabah and Sarawak: 7-9 working days
We will email the courier tracking number upon request. We are not responsible for parcels unclaimed after one month from the shipment date or for lost/stolen or damaged parcels during shipping. However, we will provide shipment tracking details for your reference.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Customers bear the cost of returning the equipment. We will cover the delivery cost of sending the replacement equipment. Replacement units will have the same specifications as the original, or comparable specifications if the original is unavailable. Deliberately damaged equipment is not eligible for exchange or replacement. One-to-one exchanges are limited to once per purchase.
All products come with a specified warranty period. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

ONE-TO-ONE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Proof of purchase is required.
The customer bears the cost of returning the equipment to our company. We will cover the delivery cost of sending the replacement equipment back to the customer.
The replacement unit will have the same specifications as the original purchased equipment. If the exact specifications are unavailable, we will provide a comparable unit.
If our company determines that the equipment has been deliberately, willfully, or intentionally damaged, no exchange or replacement will be granted.
A maximum of one exchange is allowed per purchase.
